Tablet PC Touch Screen Problem

Installed the game on my Fujitsu Stylistic ST6012 with XP.
Cannot control the cursor.
when I put the pen near the screen (or on top of it), the cursor jump everywhere and out of the screen.
It is impossible to select anything from the start Menu.

Any idea on how to solve the problem?

The game has not been developed to work on such PC. I even do not know if the DirectX mouse driver features work for such a PC... Sorry.
