AI sleeping

Playing with the new 1.0.5c patch.

If I play in strict turn based mode the AI does not seem to activate in the warplans phase and in the diplomatic phase. For example after I have selected my warplans and I press pause nothing happens. If I disable strict turn based mode and unpause, AI comes alive and play proceeds normally.

We are going to post a patch update (French texts problems). You will find this bug fixed.
