There seems to be a problem creating detachments at times...sometimes the unit counter just gets stuck on the mouse pointer and you can click on the province as many times as you want and nothing happens. Is there a limit to how many detachments you can have per army or maybe in total?
Also, is there a way to browse through the independent stacks? The ones that are not tied to any army? This would be good if there was something like that as it would make finding the free-ed up garrison units of Germany and the Colonial Troops awhole lot easier. Making sure you moved really everything in every Military Phase.
