Italian parliament

I'm running 104d. I am the central powers and had Italy join with dip.poker and concessions. In august 14 turn,their parliament level when joining was "pacifist"(second from left). I played the turn and saved at the beginning of sept.
When I reloaded, the Italian level was at the highest"sacred union"?
Also,the tooltip would not come up when I put the curser on it. Only Italy,other countries seem OK.

IIRC, I believe that the old boardgame rule has been applied (+ d'Annunzio effect): Italy is indeed "pacifist" while neutral, then the people there is inflamed by nationalistic speeches and war declaration, and the parliament jump to Sacred Union upon the first turn of the war...

This is what I was thinking but,the increase in level did not happen until I quit and reloaded the game.Also the pointer tooltip did not work when passed over the parliament corner.

p.s.-I saw another post about this and it happened to me.In version 104d the national wills seem to lose an excessive amount.ex. in the first turn (august 14) Germany went from 34 to 20? maybe it is correct but I doubt it.

p.p.s.- back to 104e, the diplomacy levels seem to be reversed, ex. the message says my diplomats succeeded in Bulgaria,changing 2 pts. in favor of central power. When I check I find it has changed 2 in favor of etente?
