After installing the latest beta patch(1.08J), I encountered a strange bug. In this game both Turkey on the CP side and Great Britain on the side of the Entente are at diplomatic levels that should cause them to join the war, but neither of them did. Instead, the countries remain neutral.

I have attached a save which has this problem.

Surely a regression bug introduced by 1.08J. Next time please post this bugs in the beta patch section, provided this is a beta patch... So I close now this thread and move the discussion inside the proper thread.
