Can a multi player game be run "head to head" on 1 computer? If yes, what are the settings for this?

I guess the only way is to simulate a LAN game on the same PC, running two instances of WW1.exe process. Your PC must be anyway much powerfull and must have a lot of RAM (4 GB minimum). The synchro between the two processes is anyway not guaranteed, because when you switch from one process to the other one, the former is freezed.... :(

Too bad the game isn't setup for single computer play; I like to use the option in other games of slipping from AI opponent to head to head to correct any strategic or operational errors the "machine intelligence" may be doing. I hope that some feature similar to this is under consideration for the "Gold" edition.
