Help with 1.0.5c Install

I've downloaded the most recent (3d link posted) patch, 1.0.5.c. Following advice from other threads I uninstalled and then reinstalled my game, then installed the patch. Yet when I open the game it still reads 1.0.4.g

What am I doing wrong? How to I get 1.0.5.c patch properly installed? I running Vista Home as my OS.
