Economic Aide sliders buggy!!

Ok, what is the deal with the economic aide slider box? Seems to be laggin really bad once I try and do anything there? It's like a fricken 30 sec pause just to do anything there? How is it doing anything before I even move the slider?

It's Sept 1914, diplomatic phase.


Please explain and/or fix?

Ok, the economic aide sliders just plain suck and are so damm laggy. I have AI paused, but as soon as the mouse pointer is in the slider area box, it like freeze for 30 secs before I can move it. Then I try and move it up and it freezes?


Christ at this rate I'll finish just trying to give AH 10 pts in like 10 minutes. Can we PLEASE just get some arrow icons (up and down) to adjust the slider.

Obviously the slider is broken as it takes too long to adjust and is just a pain in the ARSE right now.

Anybody else have opinion on this????


I'm just really trying to understand the UI, but it really seems to take way to long to do much of anything. Watching the damm units execute moves is like watching paint dry and takes forever. I have a great computer with top-line graphics cards. Why is this so slow???

Yeah, seems once you click on slider and get locked to it the delay is bad. Also, when you come back into the slider box from outside it, the delay is bad too. Just wondering why the delay (background processes for calcs are doing so much?).
