Security Level Option

I haven't got the time to really play yet, but I launched the game to take a look, with security level set on 2, and it ran quiet smoothly on my "not up to date" computer.
Since the last patch, security level is blocked to 3, and the map and mouse movements are now jerky.

What's the purpose of this security level, and is the option to adjust it planned to be back in a future patch?

The security level 3 should not cause this behaviour.

Does it happens always?

Probably you have started a scenario like 1916 and 1918, where there are a lot of uniforms & sprites updates at scenario start.

Otherwise, you are having mouse lags during land battles only??? If so, this is a "bug" that I fixed yesterday night (too frequent checks in battle events to play).

I didn't pay attention to the fact that sound effects and music were enabled by default when applying the patch. I retried without sounds, and it runs smooth now.
