I've been playing the Tannenberg, Serbia, and 1914 scenarios for a while and now feel fairly comfortable with the mechanics and strategy/tactics of movement warfare.
However, I've just started the 1915 scenario as the Entente powers, and it's all a bit overwhelming!
Three fronts to manage, plus all the diplomatic, economic and R&D elements.
I confess to not having read yet the manual concerning these latter aspects (since they were not relevant to the 'simpler' scenarios), but could anybody please give me some basic advice about how to approach this scenario?
Just things like: "Focus on this aspect in the first turn", "ensure you are researching x", "watch this aspect of NW", etc.
Otherwise I just don't know where to start!

When looking for a strategy you cannot go far wrong starting with what actually happened.
1915 was the year of the Champaign and the Artois disasters, Loos and Neuve Chapelle, Hartmannswillerkopf, Gallipoli, Kut, Lodz, Warsaw and the destruction of Serbia in short in many respects a very bad year for the Entente cause.
On the other hand, it was the year that saw the eradication of the German colonial holdings in Africa (except for one von Lettow-Vorbeck and his travelling circus army) and successful defence at Ypres and Suez.
Go with your strengths (strategic mobility) and bite at the peripherals, this gains you NW and subtracts it both from Germany and her weaker allies at minimal cost:
Get Italy and Greece in on your side if not already.
Capture German Africa, all of it.
Conduct your British and French Grand Offensives in adjacent hexes to support each other. Look to vulnerable spots on the Austrian or Turkish fronts for the Russian Grand Offensive. Other than these manditory attacks, concentrate on defence in the main theatres.
Accumulate manpower and munitions for 1916. Research all available 1915 techs.
Hurt the Turks in Palestine, attacking in Mesopotamia goes nowhere.
If you have the Lusitania event, play it and once Italy and Greece are in, concentrate diplomacy on sweetening the USA.
Commence building convoy escorts, the U-Boats will be coming.

Good Luck. Your post piqued my interest so I have a 1915 scenario on the go now using Army by Army movement. Had not realized that it started with Italy already in the Entente but otherwise am trying to follow my own advice to see how it makes out.
Too early to say, Grand Offensives planned on all three fronts commencing in August and I am trying to disengage from Mesopotamia to free up troops for operations in Palestine.
Awful temptation to try and make Gallipoli decisive except the British are spread too thin everywhere to be effective anywhere.
