difficulty with tutorial 2

Hello,

I'm doing the second tutorial for WWI Gold, patched to 1.08L. On the step as shown in the screenshot, joining the second cavalry unit to the first detached cavalry unit doesn't work for me. I've tried different mouse sensitivities, tried moving the cursor all over the Milwa region and the 2nd Army symbol. I never get the popup window with a choice of which unit to attach to.

Has this functionality changed? Am I doing something wrong?

What I end up with are three units in Milwa. The 2nd Army, and two separate cavalry detachments.

Yes this whole attachment issue seems to be tricky at times. Mouse/unit location seems to be very sensitive in general. I use the Army Management Window (maybe that will help you) but it has it's share of oddities too I can't figure out.

Oddly enough, that's the only instance where I've had any difficulty selecting which unit in a province to join. It works fine for me elsewhere.
