Is it normal to have the same event twice?

Was it me I would grab those two puppies and keep 'em. One can never have too many munitions and as long as you hold them the Bad Guys don't. Unless they do the dreaded event re-shuffle...

Yes some events do duplicate, and even recycle, as do Men and Polotics in War.
