Mandatory Attacks

I am fooling around with the 1914 Campaign. When I try to get my second turn movement going I can't because I have not apparently finished "mandatory" attacks or activations. How do I check the requirements for the Von Schlieffen plan from inside the game ?? Or do I need to write down the requirements when I'm in the War Plans phase ??

Check for flags on top of certain stacks. If they are red, you still have to move them for mandatory offensive. If green, you have already done so.

But how do you know *where* there are supposed to attack ? (except knowing by heart the plans text) ?
