ship construction

I am new to WWI Gold amd am excited about the game. I really enjoy strategical war games that combine the military, economic, and political aspects of WWI and WWII.

The game is quite complex, but i have submerged myself in the rules and have started my first game as the Central Powers. My first question--I am sure I will have others--is how is the contruction of smaller ships, AC, CL, and DD handled? The shipyard construction menu seems only to include BBs, BCs, and one submarine. Thanks.

Smaller vessels are usually constructed in only one step, so do not need to go through the shipyard interface (which shows two-step constructions). You build smaller units from the construction window

Thank you, but where is this construction window? The only construction window i can find is the shipyard interface.
