Residual issues in Demo Map

In case this hasn't been cleaned up in the game, the demo map (gold version) may have a few artefacts from the non-Gold version.

The orientation of several of the mini-maps is odd, off by about 90 degrees. I haven't checked this carefully, but the following mini-maps need to be revisited:

Denmark (needs rotating)

Scandinavia (needs rotating)

Ireland (slightly off but annoying -- probably needs to be redrawn)

Portugal (painfully in need of rotating)

Tunisia (needs rotating)

There may be others, but these are the ones that jump out at me.
