Move and control problems

Wed Jun 02, 2010 7:06 am

The game is excellent,I like it very much.I just start playing.I find it hard to control the troops, especially the reinforcements .After reading the manual the problem is solved but I also find it hard to move the troops.
When I want to divide the army into two. Some stay where they are to defend the enemy.Others to attack the area nearby. But on the map there is only one icon to click .So it is hard to control which part to move to the area nearby.I click on the icon, and drag it to the area nearby.I want the powerful part to attack the enemy, actually the other part moves to the area nearby. How can I control that?
During the battle ,some reseved troop be able to be dragged to the front, some can't .I don't know why.One battle I have troops ,but none of them can be dragged to the front .

If you click with the right mouse button, you browse the stacks in the area. So you can quickly select the stack to move.

For the defender, you can call reserves from the 3rd round of battle, at a rate of one unit per round.
The attacker can call reserves from the very 1st round of battle, but always at a rate of one unit per round.
The rule becomes then a bit more complex during trench warfare, depending on the distance from the GHQ (especially on the East Front, that is much larger).

Sometimes the rear can't be dragged to the front.
