Step 6 - Detaching Forces

I can't seem to get the two Cavalry units (VIII Cav & I Cosak) into the same group. I don't receive the popup menu asking me which unit I want to place the second Cavalry unit into, I end up with three units (HQ + 1 Cav + 2nd Cav) in Mlawa instead of two.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You need to drop the second cavalry onto the soldier icon, i.e. make sure the soldier figure on the map is highlighted when you release the mouse button.
