I don't know how you manage these minor - or should that be major -miracles  . You can guess what I'm going to ask next, will the changes be able to be applied to a save game?

Yes, sure. For example, I loaded your savegame with the currect corrected engine and... puff... the two German armies are now isolated! :D

Hey guess what, the two German armies were isolated when I loaded the next turn. Having played that turn, one of these armies disappeared leaving just one, now completely surrounded. However, it is now in supply - not isolated :bonk: .

For the next official patch I'm developing a new useful feature: a shortcut key CTRL+S that shows (with coloured lines) all supply sources & relays for the currently selected stack.

That would be very useful. After examining the position until my eyes hurt, I have discovered the reason for the supply change. In a previous turn, the French took control of Strasbourg after a long siege and much blood. This is a critical point of supply in a fairly confused situation on the W. Front. That area thus became controlled by France and had a French flag marker. That was the case in the 1915 Nov-Dec Mil phase - I think you will see that from the previous map I uploaded.

When the Nov-Dec I/phase turn came up, for some reason, control of this region had been switched back to Germany with a German flag marker although no German unit had moved into it nor attacked it. It is from this relay that the surviving German HQ is drawing supply. Why the control of the region has been changed is a complete mystery.

I think I will replay the Mil phase turn and see if I get the same result in this area.
