How to play Wassmuss event ?

Thanks to enlighten me because I can't find any clue in the Manual

"Wassmuss" event can played if:

1) Italy is at war with CPs (so on the side of Entente)
2) the event "Senussi uprising" has occurred

Once enacted the "Wassmuss" event, you have three choices:

a) Wassmuss sent to Afghan tribes:
This will confer a diplomatic bonus for Central Powers towards all diplomatic missions in Afghanstan.

b) Wassmuss sent in Persia:
This will confer a diplomatic bonus for Central Powers towards all diplomatic missions in Persia.

c) Wassmuss leads the Senussi Uprisings!
A small Senussi army is formed and lead by Wassmuss with German help. The Sanussi troops will be allowed to move in Libya and advance in Egypt. This will make the Sanussi revolt much more to crush!
