I am calling here those players who have bought our game on GamersGate and are currently having a good (or better) opinion of the game, our team handling it and followup.
I noticed there are 3 comments, all bad, from players who expressed their feeling about the product. See: http://www.gamersgate.com/index.php?page=product&what=view&sku=DD-WW1&via=player_reviews
This is their most legitimate right of course
... the problem is that a minority (much less than 1% of all buyers!!
:bonk
is making a bad and not fully objective impression of the product...which is in some ways influencing other players and preventing them to make their own opinion
... not including the fact that obviously the later improvements from patches have been discounted...
We shall correct this on our side by continuing improvement on the game, and a new beta patch with lots of fixes will be here tomorrow morning
In most democratic environments, we would be entitled a "Right of Response"... unfortunately, GamersGate rules prevent us from doing so, because they limit (with good reasons) the reviews to those who bought the game from them... nevertheless, game developpers should have their say....
Anyway, nothing we can or intend to do.
But, should some of those who like the game, or even have a moderate assessment about WW1, AND have bought it there would be kind enough to make their own statement an express their opinion in the GG Reviews, that would both help and do us justice
In other words, feel free to open your mouth
FYI; I have expressed to GG's staff directly my frustration about this, although I clearly understand their sticking to that policy

...... Where's the trouble?
