Serbia

I was wondering...
Can A-H ever leave Serbian front unattended?

As Serbia never surrenders and empty army stacks never leave the map, how can we know when they are not going to receive (considerable) reinforcements anymore, so we can redeploy to face Russian forces?

Id hate to transport majority of my troops away from there and realize few turns later that they got major reinforcements and became a danger again...

The same applies to Belgium. I normally keep an army stationed in Belgrade, standing ready for Roumanian entry in the war. I give free rein to the cavalry units present in the army to literally capture every area. Its time consuming but normally the Serbian army disappears.

Normally it is easy to get the Bulgarians to come into the war say around begining of 1915. They should help you sweep the southern part of Serbia too. Bulgaria is the strategic minor in the Balkans since its army it strong and battle hardened.

Very good advice by Offworlder. Bulgaria basically decides who will get the Balkans. If you are Central Powers, and get Bulgaria, try to literally encircle the Serbian army. Capture every Serb area, so they can't place units down.

What happens to "invincible" army HQs of a country, if you take their every territory? Can they still get reinforcements or does it really disappear?

(I got Greek armies on my side with nothing to do really, so they can do the territory grabbing instead of Bulgaria, which drifts towards CP ever so slowly...)
