Even though you are picking one alliance or another in the 1914 campaign single player game, you don't get to set war strategy or options for your alliance partner, AH or Russia; you only get to pick strategy and options for France or Germany. Is there any way to either control both or just make a choice which of the partners you make strategic decisions for?
(Havent played through far enough to find out if you can move and fight for Russia and AH or just France and Germany)

If you click on one country region you will get the options: by selecting a rusian region you will pass from France options to Russian ones
