Avid Gamer (7/10): Definitely worth shelling out

Fri Aug 22, 2008 7:50 pm

"You’d be hard-pressed to actually recognise / know of the battles that you’re fighting unless you’ve taken an interest in the USA’s past. It’s even more overwhelming for a UK player. Everyone knows the famous battles of World War I / II, Korea and Vietnam, yet the American Wars often get overshadowed. As a result, playing through the game educates the gamer. It’s genuinely interesting to learn of the past struggles and how the superpower was shaped into what it is today. The average age of a Birth of America gamer will most likely be 20+, even older, much like a user of Britannica rather than Wikipedia." Marco Fiori

Touché... :cwboy:
