Acadian Canal [bug]

Hi there,

In the William's War scenario, there is a small issue ; see attached file - I believe it is pretty clear.

Or maybe it is WAD and there was some kind of canal or earthwork to manhold boats ?

Tis buglet.

When two adjacent land regions have ports, we need to add a NavalInterdict link between them to prevent this.

KWW adds the new port in a region that none of the 'original' scenarios had one, so no Interdict link was created.
