is it possible to get get flotille du michigan to the coast? or is lake erie the only semi useful destination?

Only bateaux will be able to go thru the portage at Niagra and Montreal, so as long as there are Schooner, Gunboats, etc. in the unit the flotilla is limited to Lakes Erie, Huron, Michigan and Superior...
