The rule is that patches are immediatly applied.
I won't process this turn with 1.03, unless the CSA agrees and with the condition that the full Pacific squadron is sent back in the Pacific and remains there till a foreign intervention is trigered.
I call this a fair deal. The Union can't ask not to be blamed by v1.04 while at the same time keeping the advantage of a bug fixed by v1.03.![]()
