Region Aurillac, France

While playing the 1814 scenario, version 1.0c, I find the Aurillac region (north along the road between Toulouse and Limoges to be impossible to transit.

Aurillac is described as "(Hills, Unknown)" and reportedly takes a whopping 14,523,549 days to enter!
