Objectives Screen

Secretary of State Objectives Screen, (F5 key) should enlist Scenario Objective cities: I suppose ALL OBJECTIVE CITIES!!!!!

I discovered it's not possible to scroll down/up Objective cities page, or to advance to a next Objective cities page.

As a result only part of the on-map, scenery related Objective cities are enlisted or at least visible to player!

This is an error in the scenarios settings, not in the ledger. We are tweaking scenarios so that none have more objectives than necessary. Also, the Donegal objective issue is being fixed
