Henry D. wrote:Uhm, You must send Your OPPONENT's TRN-file (the one designated with the indicator of Your opponent's side), otherwise he will give orders to YOUR side and when You unpack the ORD-File he returned, it will simply override Your ORD-File.
But then again, if You really sent Your own TRN-File by accident, then Your opponent should have noticed that he could only give orders to the wrong side...![]()

Bis wrote:Yes,yes, I did that right. He sent back the ORD, I put it in the Save folder but it didn't show up on any screen when I went to play.
Always use a compression format when sending files in a PbEM, as the manual strongly recommends. I myself am using the freeware version of win-zip and never had problems with corrupted files playing any of the three titles.Bis wrote:It did have an Ord. Load screen just had autosaves and the saves of my solitaire game. Now, he didn't zip his like I zipped mine.
We'll try again.
Maybe you would play a few turns with me. I'd appreciate it because I'm beginning to write my review.
