Hi liambussell!
Please run the configuration utility (from the Start Menu or directly "AGESettings.exe" from the program directory) and enter your new serial there. Make sure you run the program as user with administrator rights.
If this fails please send your new serial as well as the file "General.opt", which can be found in the [game directory]\AGE\Settings\ to [email="support@ageod.com"]support@ageod.com[/email]
