The new game from AGEOD "World War One" is now available for preload purchase.

The new pre-order service will open to allow you to be on the battlefields [color="DarkRed"][SIZE="4"]one day earlier than anyone else[/size][/color], on November 11. You will be able to buy and download the game first on AGEOD website, and begin to play [color="DarkRed"][SIZE="4"]One day before official launch, on Monday, 10th November 2008 at 11:00 AM GMT.[/size][/color]

Warning: before that date, the installation will be possible and functional, but playing the game will not! On November 10th, at 11:00 AM GMT, a small and quickly installed patch will be available for you to unlock the game and start playing!

875 Mb... but you'll have to add the November 11th patch (much smaller) before you can play...

Sorry, the preload option cannot work for the box at the moment, too complex to setup and keep track of...

The boxed version shall be received in our warehouse around mid to end of Novmeber (for the English version)

Sorry if this was asked & answered before:

1. Does the boxed version contain a printed manual?

2. Does end of November mean, it can be sent & received by snail mail before christmas in the EU?

3. Is it possible to save the downloadable version on dvd or memory stick as a backup for personal later use?

Pre-ordered and downloaded. It was a two part download. One instantaneous exe. (part 1); and a lengthy 777 MB (part 2). You can not yet play the game; but you can access the pdf. manual.

It was already said that you will be able to download the game, but you will not be able to play it until you download the 11 Nov patch... that will be available that day obviously.
So, you MUST download it now as soon as you pre order the game... you will be able to start reading the manual and then, when the patch is available, you start playing right away and you don't have to wait for thr 800+ MB to finish downloading (and you avoid the huge traffic that the server will receive that day ).

Just want to make sure I have the entire download. There if a very small exe. file and a 776 MB second file. Right ??

Yes, the small one is the one you launch for install the whole stuff once the download is finished. It includes the tool for checking serials and date

How does one run the second file? It looks like a .bin file. Is there some program that opens it?
