I re-worked a couple of Regions graphic files: Maubeuge & Brugge.
Maubeuge: Added Ligny as a topographic reference detail.
Brugge: changed Brugge village name on map position......Need space for Ostende Fortress positioning.
Now, as a proof that my artistic attitude is near to -1, in a zero-ten scale, the results I achived cannot be compared to default region bitmap files.

I please most talented Painters to rework these two files: may be they'll have to redraw them ex-novo.
As regard Brugge Region, could be useful to change positioning of both Brugge village graphic both Brugge village name.......May be placing all in the southern part of the Region, making space in the -north for Ostende Fortress.
