After the edition of Rop is it possible to upgrade the Napoleon's Campaigns withe same features of Rop? Like the new recruitment system, new military and diplomatic options.
This operation would be like the upgrade of La Grande Guerre, with chip price for old player of Napoleon's Campaigns and new price for new player.

I think that this upgrade, recruiting new units or rebuilding the destroyed units will be done in NCP II if done.
For now it's impossible i think, because the base unit is not clear in NCP like in RoP where the base is the Infantry Btn or cavalry Rgts.
In NCP unit can be 1, 2 or 3 regiments.
PhilThib is thinking about a base unit too for NCP with a few exceptions for some Btn Guard or other.
