SEDAN DEPT: 1815 Camp

The French forward depot for the 1815 campaign has been set into Sedan region.
Sedan Region in NCP lacks of a good road network, and it occupies a side position in relation to the supposed advance path of French forces.

I guess it could better be moved in any reagion along the Paris-Charleroy-Bruxelles main road; possibly in the reagion crossed by the Paris-Lille road too.
So it will service the two possible advance paths "recommanded" to the French: the Charleroi-Bruxelels axis and the "Lille-Ostende" Axis!

I could try this with next "The Eagles Return" version.
