I am not sure.

But after installation, while loading the game you can check the version you have on the right corner below. If it is not 1.04, then you must download the update, the last patch is 1.04

I'm pretty sure it will not be last patch.
Maybe the file has been updated somehow and now is not 1.00 but i don't think it has been updated to 1.04.
You'll have to apply patch.

Yes, it will be 1.03. Problem is that we can't send a full version each time we produce a patch to the e-vendor, this is an external company and they have to restart checking everything is right (it is part of their standard operating procedure) each time we ask them to change a file to another.

And we at AGEOD's tend to patch often

I've just downladed patch 1.04. Considering I dont like to invest in a game before its patched at least once or twice, I'm glad patch is available.
