Just got the demo of NC and it looks great

Can someone tell me what bits play out simpler than AACW and which bits are more involved and complicated? I know it sounds an odd question and that overall it is a great improvement on AACW

thanks

There aren't as many political options in NCP although some have been added with the patches and I'm sure that there are more to come.
In the smaller scenarios the armies and corps are already set up and the short turn length sometimes means that it's not worth messing about with - the longer scenarios still give you a lot of freedom to tinker with the armies and corps.
I find the supply situation much more complex in NCP (I mean that as a positive), particularly when you are trying to march into Russia!!! I'm still struggling with these problems and I've had a few corps decimated because I haven't kept my supply chain intact
In summary, I love both games but my preference is NCP - I find it a more varied tactical game overall
Though I'll have to wait to get the full version of NCP as my graphics card (128Mb) is struggling with the map and giving me a hard time scrolling around it, so 512Mb Graphics Card first, game afterwards
