Historical Attrition

I just bought the bullet and bought NCP. Gonna start just as soon as I can tear myself away from my current ACW campaign - I was looking at the options, particularly the historical attrition one and was wondering what level people were running this at. How big an effect does it have on non-moving troops??

Oh - didn't realise I could do that - never noticed that edit button before
