It seems a few of you have encountered a different array of difficulties, problems and inconvenience when trying to pre-order our latest game Napoleon’s Campaigns
As a foreword, I would say some of the issues are due to the fact that two facts combined to create the situation:
* a few technical questions on are links are still being under fixing (and will in time for our official deadline tonight) and have been left accessible by mistake

* our dear gamers/customers are so supportive of us

We had known a similar problem last year with ACW when smart customers

Anyway, there is finally no harm’s done here, so we shall find fixes for everything fast.
Apologies
Now first of all we want to apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we are today working hard to fix the key issues. Tell us your reasons for complaints and we shall do everything in our power to solve them.
No Harm / Fast Solution
The second thing you ALL must know is that for whoever has bought legitimately our game, any problem will be fixed within 24hours. If you have any trouble, drop us a mail and the info about your purchase and I’ll reply to each of you personally and directly, with a safe DL link that shall solve all matters. See Instructions below.
Known Problems and solutions
Among the issues, we have identified a few and are currently working on fixes.
Mail viewers
Some viewers are creating problems (letter cases, some specific characters, etc…). In most cases, the email and data is correctly sent but unproperly displayed. Paypal
The problem here comes from the Paypal interface, at Paypal’s website. It is known to happen with other softwares and other companies than AGEOD. Our download facility partner is in full contact with PayPal to solve the matter, but this is not going as fast as we can.
In the meanwhile, as long as you have received your PayPal order and invoice, you can consider the order is valid, even if PayPals says it is cancelled. You should receive an email from our site that confirms the order. If not, within 24hours, send us the order info and a copy of your purchase invoice from PayPal and we send you the DL link from us.
Conclusion
As soon as you find something wrong or unfriendly on your order, let us know asap. Time difference permitting (we are 6 hours ahead from the East coast here), we shall respond to you with maximum 24hours, with a solution solving the matter (i.e. the link to get your game).

Do not forget to include everything that can help: original email from us if any, serial number if received, PayPal invoice in case the problem comes from them
In all cases, you have my word will fix the problem. All our customers know that we have never failed them in the past and this shall stay like this in the future!
And remember, we are just a few people here, but we do our best (almost) 24hours per day.
