Victory condition

Sat Dec 12, 2009 7:00 pm

hello
shouldn't this result be a victory one? I received 152 NM points and 735 VP. ButI only got the stalemate condition. What is wrong?

Hi,

Do you know how to wrap up a saved game? I would like to inspect it please: pmalacher@age-studio.com

I just played the Last Flight of the Eagle too.

Stalemate, but I scored 422 versus 214 victory points.

The report window said minor defeat, I would have thought minor victory.

I play with most settings on easy (which shows how bad I am).

I am only posting this as a comparator, not to hi-jack thread, but I recall on a few earlier occasions I got what I thought was a minor victory on points.

(PS back fiddling with NCP after looking at Crown of Glory - one sinner who repents is worth a hundred faithful who never stray etc.)

The sentence is wrong indeed, this would just need a slight rework of it, not a bug code.

About the saved game sent by Tux. It definitively helped solve the recurring discrepancy on morale level and victory status... Here is an excerpt I sent to the player by mail:

In fact the test on victory level was done before the code on events... And you activated the 'Show the Eagles' option/event, so at the time of the test, you had only 146 morale, but after the event you have 152...

I did some edit in the game engine and now, in your scenario, you are getting this well desserved major victory. By the way I never saw someone have a Major Victory in this scenario!

nice to hear it. I hope, we will get the new engine in a new patch soon. When I played this scenario again, on the last turn I had over 150 NM on the second day, but at the last day and game end I had only 124 NM but a victory display.
Very confusing.
