I mean, can i change its name and its effects and when happens the effects, and the conditions to buy it?

You can use the templates of those which already exist for RUS, PON and AJE, as examples. Names are only texts (to be re-done if you change them)...as for effects, you have to stick with the effects that exist right now...you can't invent new ones (as this needs codes). You'll need to talk with Pocus directly for these. Ask me the Excel via mail
