I looked but did not find...
in all scenerios only certain regions are playable.
How do I block out these regions I do not want in the scenerio.
Or how do i make certain regions playable in the scenerio?

Hi bigus!
If you open one of the scenario xls-files from the AACW database you will find three sheets. One is called "Cities&Controls". The column "Block_State" decides if a region is enabled (0) or disabled (2).
From this sheet you can create a modified cities include-file for your scenario. To apply the changes you have to compile the scenario again.
