Army commanders ability question

I need to edit an ability, with relative bonus added only when a leader is an Army Commander: a 3 stars rank leader combined to an HQ!

According to Lodilefty's Ability reference sheet, $abiCmdAdjust allows a "param2 flag": If set to 1, the ability applies only if the leader is the CiC in the current theater.
What is CiC here?
Any leader in command of an Army?
Or higher seniority leader in the theater?

Supposing "If set to 1, the ability applies only if the leader is the CiC in the current theater" will not work for my need is there any way to edit an ability so to work only with in charge army commanders?

CiC in current theater = highest ranking general in the theater, IIRC. Army command is not considered in this evaluation.

During 1813 campaign Oudinot, MacDonald, Ney, Murat had temporary armies command, subordinated to Napoleon supervision: Army of Berlin, Army of Bober,....
I'll seek for a different solution improving Oudinot, MacDonald, Ney, Murat Strategic Rating when in command of an army.

It add +2 Command Points and +1 additional CP per ability level above 1 to any force, Corps or Army, the leader commands!

I was looking for something adding "+n Command Points" to a leader when commanding only Armies.

...I will possibly use some AdC to increase Army leaders Command Points.

Abilities works as a set of Boxes associated to any Ability family.
By flags, (numbers), you can activate or not any box, triggering a specific action.
Unfortunately you cannot modify Boxes or adding new ones, for now!

Param4 of ability family CommandAdjust, if set to 1, will prevent the ability from working if the leader is not an army commander. Param5 does the same, but with a test on Corps command.
