Really cool! :) :king:

Do you mind if we adapt this to WiA [assuming PhilThib and Hok agree ;) ]?

Not at all, but you might wan't to play test it a couple of times in WIA, to be really sure its got rid of the autoraise "naming" issue. I haven't seen it, but it would be nice to know this actually got rid of it.

Basically there are three autoraise events (since the game goes 21 months).

And then you guys might want to use Wyoming instead of West Point. But I like West Point because all the action goes up and down the Hudson River.

The AI carelessly garrisons Philly and New York (what's new), but he can also assemble some Killer Stacks. (see thread in WIA forum)...

And I might mentioned when I played the WIA version the American events for NE and MS supply do not have a text entry in the strings file.

Hence, the quote in my signature ;)

Just a final note about the scenario

Tue Jul 29, 2008 5:24 am

This scenario used to bug me a little in the sense that the English fleet would always hover around Buzzard Bay, precisely where the French fleet would show up.

This led me to believe that there was some hidden event that was being contolled by the AI that would cause this to happen. Not sure if that is true or not, but it was my speculation at the time.

So, what I did to solve that was to rename the scenario to something else. I also made the French arrival variable (33%) starting in June, and allowed them to arrive in Buzzard Bay, Cape Cod, or Massachusset Bay.

So I ended up with basically 2 scenarios. One a varient of the other and both renamed differently than the original. I like both versions equally well since v 1.13d.

Scenario 1 - 1778 Pennslyvania Campaign Scenario (uses Wyoming as strat city instead of West Point).

Scenario 2 - 1778 Hudson Campaign Scenario (uses West Point as strat city instead of Wyoming).
