New Capitol Symbol for AACW

I've taken another stab at producing a capitol symbol for AACW and these are the results:



If you want to try it out, back up your originals, unzip this folder into a safe place, and copy the folder into your AACW folder (the zip should have a folder inside of it named Graphics, with another two folders inside of that).
