Changing Capitols

Ok so i am new here but i was wondering if there is anyway that it was possible to permentally make the CSA capitol in Montgomery instead of Richmond. I think it would be intresting to see what the war would look like if the unions main goal was all the way down in Alabama. Maybe this has been covered before but if not i would love to know if it even possible. Maybe even switch the national moral points for Richmond to Montgomery also

Tyler: Perhaps changing to Atlanta but Montgomery was (is) a whole in the ground. Richmond was the best choice. Confederacy could not have continued withour Va. in the fold. t

Oh yes. i know that to get virginia firmly behind the CSA they needed to move the capital to Richmond. I just wanted to move it there to make things more intresting
