Note: Since this is an EVENT, you will have to run the first turn thru the 1862 Late March turn to the 1862 Early April BEFORE you will see the change in the scenario. In other words, you will NOT see a change as soon as you start the scenario even though you altered this BECAUSE the scenario starts on the 1862 Early March turn. You will only see the change AFTER the event fires.

Gray_Lensman wrote:If you got the "+" symbol then that leader was made a division commander and the "+" symbol is what you get when you highlight units to add into his division. You have to click the "+" to add the brigade/element(s into the division... You can add elements to the "division" symbolized by the leader until it's full (up to 18 elements total)
Gray_Lensman wrote:Sorry, my bad, that was to allow you to form a brigade.
Can you post your late Sept. '61 save game (including the modified event file)?
Gray_Lensman wrote:You'll need to ZIP them up.
Gray_Lensman wrote:Sorry... I can't give you any definitive answers until you manage to post the files. When you post the attachments there is a list of acceptable files types that can be uploaded. .ZIP and/or .RAR are acceptable.
Gray_Lensman wrote:There's no modified event file in either of the .RAR(s) that you uploaded above. I will have to have it in order to pursue the cause of your bug.

The original poster was working with the last "official" patch files, i.e. v1.15...
You are working with the v1.16 beta files. You'll have to wait until the beta files are made into an "official" patch for me to work with them. I don't work with modding "beta" files for player/gamers since they are subject to change.
I was mistakenly thinking you were working with the last "official" patch files (v1.15). It does look as if you made the syntax change correctly, but since it's a beta patch who knows what might be in conflict.
