Seeing it prompted me to look at the new New Kent or whatever region in VA. Both were active and had -1% Rebel loyalty and 101% USA loyalty. I'm not kidding. That's just plain weird.

As long as we see game design discrepancies that hinder historical performance that can actually be fixed with database fixes, we will continue to provide these changes for the 80%+ plurality of player/gamers that want them.
