Richmond = No such region

LOL. I knew something was completely weird about the Richmond area. PBDubya, did you see it?

The city of Richmond, in the game, is located in Richmond region. Below that, on the other side of the James River, is Henrico (where I live, and I'm proud to say one of the first counties in the USA).

OK, that is in the game.

In reality, what is referred to as the 'Henrico' region should be called Chesterfield, and the region that Richmond (the city) resides in, that should be Henrico.

I'm going to make these changes, but not exactly sure how that would affect other aspects of the game? For example, it looks like I have to change the region file name or Richmond, VA to Henrico, VA. As well, the existing Henrico, VA region file needs to be changed to Chesterfield, VA.

So what further changes in the game do I need to make in case these files are called up by something?

EDIT: at this point, it just looks like I have to change the name inside the file. I'd like to changes the file name, but am cautious about this.

One further note: I've found out how to move the little possession flagposts around in a region! Now, if I can only find out how to move structures around, and Pocus would put flagposts on harbors - we'd be set!
