Tooltip bug

I've already reported one bug with a tooltip's listed victory conditions. I found another. I was playing the Union in early November, 1864. Nevada entered the Union, changing the victory conditions. The tooltip for the Nevada event says I need NM of 150; the victory screen says 200. (Either is an improvement over 225, which was the requirement before this event!) Here's an (edited) screenshot. Notice also that "morale" is spelled wrong again.

As it happens, I won the game the next turn with national morale of 215 or so, so none of this interfered with my enjoyment of the game.

The event sets the NM threshold levels to 200/40, so it is a mistake in the tooltip text.
