what to do with the mexican reinforcments in the reinforcment window (union game) ?

are they extra reinforcments for you union brigades ... or do you have to supprt the mexican army ... or just a bug ?

No bug, they just serve to fill the ranks of the Mexican army in case the war erupts with France (via event and/or foreign entry) after French intervention in Mexico, in which case Mexico joins the war as an USA ally...

Before that, just "useless"
